Clonbur Medical Centre welcomes Dr Louise Freeman to the practice.
Dr Freeman graduated with an honours medical degree from NUIG in 2006. She then undertook formal GP vocational training for a further four years. Following this she worked for five years both in hospitals and general practice in the UK before returning to her home county of Mayo in 2018.
Dr Freeman joined Dr Joe Curran in Clonbur Medical Centre in March of this year and is available for appointments every Wednesday.
Her special interests are: pregnancy and women's health, including menopause. She holds a diploma in obstetrics (DRCOG ), advanced certificate in family planning (insertion of coil and Implanon devices ), and a diploma in sexual and reproductive health (DFSRH ).
