The newly refurbished Supermac’s in Eyre Square will reopen on Saturday, with a famly fun day taking place at the restaurant.
The new restaurant will be Galway’s first food court and includes Supermac’s, Papa John’s, and Quizno’s Subs and Scoop.
The official opening will take place on Saturday at 12 noon. Some of the west’s most famous sports stars, including the Galway senior hurling team, will be at the restaurant meeting and greeting fans, signing merchandise, and posing for photographs following the opening. The day promises a huge dose of family fun complete with face painters, balloon modellers, and opportunities to meet sporting idols.
