Fantasy, mediaeval France, and a skylark

Nina Oram, Coirle Mooney, and Paul Jeffcutt to read at Over The Edge via Zoom

NINA ORAM, the author of the young adult fiction trilogy, The Carrowkeel Series, will be among the featured readers at next week's Over The Edge: Open Reading.

Nina Oram, along with the novelist Coirle Mooney, and the poet Paul Jeffcutt, will read at Over The Edge via Zoom on Thursday December 17 at 6.30pm. The MC will be Susan Millar DuMars.

Originally from Britain, Nina Oram [pictured below] lives in Roscommon. She writes dark fantasy inspired by mythology, ancient history, and the natural world. The third book in The Carrowkeel Series was this week published by Luna Press Publishing, Edinburgh. She is also a winner of the Luna Press Publishing (UK ) short story competition in 2016.

The Skylark’s Call, the new collection of poetry by County Down's Paul Jeffcutt has just been just published by Dempsey & Windle (2020 ); his first collection, Latch, was with Lagan Press (2010 ). Coirle Mooney lives in Kinvara. Her debut novel, Keepers Of The Dead, set in mediaeval France, is soon to be published by Sapere Books.
