The Connacht Property Auction will hold its next online auction event on Thursday November 19. This is the company's second last auction of the year, with the final online auction taking place on December 17. In recent years, the months of November and December have been particularly strong in terms of property sales, both for residential and commercial property. The auction team are now working with buyers and vendors, who are keen to have a sale achieved between now and Christmas, and expect a flurry of activity in the end of year run in.
The company is already taking entries for its 2021 auctions. Shane May from The Connacht Property Auction team noted: “We are still experiencing high levels of inquiries on the majority of the properties we have on the market currently, and this along with the current low supply of properties means we are getting strong interest and bidding on the properties on offer.”
The Connacht Property Auction is the only auction provider in Ireland which does not charge any up front costs into the auction and takes on board all marketing and entry fees. This means the property owner has no costs unless the property is successfully sold.
