Over The Edge September reading

Poetry and short stories with Ron Silliman, Molly Harris, and Fintan Coughlan

THE WRITERS Ron Silliman, Molly Harris, and Fintan Coughlan will read from their works at the September Over The Edge: Open Reading on Zoom.

The reading takes place on Thursday September 24 from 6.30pm to 8pm. The MC will be Susan Millar DuMars.

Poet Ron Silliman [pictured below] has published more than 40 books, including The Age of Huts, Tjanting & The Alphabet; the anthology In the American Tree; a collection of criticism The New Sentence; and an award-winning memoir, Under Albany. He has received the Poetry Foundation’s Levinson Award, and been a Kelly Writers House Fellow. He teaches at the University of Pennsylvania.

Short story writer Molly Harris is the current Over The Edge New Writer of the Year. She is an MFA candidate at the University of Missouri-St Louis, and she received her BA in English at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She is the current managing editor of the literary journal, Natural Bridge.

Fintan Coughlan’s poems have been published previously in Salmon magazine, Galway Advertiser, The Connacht Tribune, and The Cúirt Journal.
