THE GALWAY Cartoon Festival, which will run from October 2 to 9, is inviting cartoonists from across the world to submit entries for this year’s festival exhibition.
Since March, we have witnessed an enormous change in the world with enormous ramifications to every walk of life. With this change being described as 'the new normal',
cartoonists have been responding hilariously to the Covid-19 crisis with tongues planted firmly in masked cheeks. Galway Cartoon Festival would like to mark this cartoon catharsis under this year’s festival exhibition theme.
