On Saturday May 10 a series of charity events will take place throughout Galway to raise funds for St Lukes Cancer Hospital Dublin.
The events start with a ‘bike for life fun run’ starting at The Huntsman Inn at 10am in association with friendsofstlukes.ie and lukethebiker.com Registration starts at 9am and the cost is €50.
The route will take in Ennis, lunch at Armada Hotel in Spanish Point, Doolin, and Ballyvaughan. In total it will be a 170 mile round trip.
Dance For Life, a night of DJs and music, will take place in De Burgos, St Augustine Street, at 8pm. The theme of the night will be the Lotus Flower promoting spiritual unfoldment. The bar will be transformed into a mini body and soul area offering Indian head massages for a small donation.
