VW’s Assurance Plan includes some great offers

Volkswagen Ireland says it wants Irish consumers to rediscover the joy of driving with its Assurance Plan, which it describes as a suite of flexible, supportive and great-value offers for the road ahead.

The Volkswagen Assurance Plan includes PCP finance offers from zero per cent APR on the new Golf, the e-Golf, the Tiguan, the Tiguan Allspace, the new Passat, the new Passat GTE plug-in hybrid, and the Arteon.

Flexible deposit options ranging from zero per cent to 30 per cent can be tailored to individual needs. There is also the option of a three-month payment deferral should customers wish to start their repayments 90-days after collecting their new Volkswagen. In addition, with a PCP contract, Volkswagen guarantees the minimum future value of the vehicle at the end of the contract for further peace of mind.

It is also offering purchase contributions up to €1,000 to buyers of the Tiguan, Tiguan Allspace (€1,500 ), new Passat, new Passat GTE, and Touran. There is a €2,000 purchase contribution on the soon to be discontinued Sharan MPV. Finally, it is offering ‘reduced-rate service plans’ which look after the buyer's new Volkswagen’s servicing requirements for three years for €10 per month. It ensures all routine servicing costs, for both parts and labour, are fixed over a period of time. They include all the standard items recommended by Volkswagen, including oil filters, pollen filters, high-quality lubricants and brake fluid changes.

Volkswagen Ireland brand director Rodolfo Calixto says Volkswagen retailers are now very much open for business and are looking forward to welcoming customers back with what the company believes is is an "outstanding suite of offers".

“We have called it the Volkswagen Assurance Plan because buyers can acquire their car with a tailored finance offer that include flexible deposits, payment deferrals and the assurance of a guaranteed minimum future value when bought with our PCP product.”

The new Golf is now available and and is sportier and more connected than ever.
