Meet the team at the International School of Make-up Artistry

The International School of Make-up Artistry is renowned for leading in the industry with its high standard of training offered in all areas of make-up artistry. The school offers a wide range of diploma courses, full and part time, at all levels, whether you just want to learn how to apply your own make-up, or train to become a professional make-up artist. The school also offers higher level diploma courses for those who would like to take their artistry skills to the next level.

All the fundamentals of beauty make-up are covered on both the part time and full time diploma courses in make-up artistry. The higher level courses also train students in the art of beauty make-up, and the intricacies of special effects and character make-up. Tutors on these courses include some of the very best in the industry, such as Derrick Carberry, Judy Wong, Cat O'Donohue, and Pauline Fletcher.

These artists have extensive knowledge and skill and love to share their techniques with the students.

Some of the make-up looks completed by these artists show what they will be teaching the students this coming term. Derrick Carberry will be zoning in on smokey eye make-up as this is one of the most asked for looks in the make-up industry. He will be showing different smokey eye techniques to both the diploma and higher level diploma students this year. Some of his smokey eye looks which he will be demonstrating with the upcoming diploma students and higher level students are pictured.

Pauline Fletcher is renowned for her make-up skills and is one of Ireland's leading bridal artists. She will be sharing her knowledge with students on how to create the perfect bridal look. Some of her looks are also pictured, and she will be demonstrating to both the diploma and higher level diploma students this year.

Judy Wong, another of the school's tutors, is currently nominated for two awards in the make-up industry. She will be demonstrating how to create a natural make-up, and getting creative with a vintage inspired character look. Judy Wong's love and enthusiasm for make-up is infectious and all the students learn so much from her extensive artistic talent. Pictured are some of her previous make-up looks, which she will be using as inspiration for her classes with the students this year.

Cat O'Donohue is another member of the team, and her artistic talent has no limits. She is an amazing artist and regularly teaches special effects make-up, fashion make-up, and more with the students at the School of Make-up Artistry.
