Theatre Room Galway to stage five plays in the Town Hall Theatre studio

THEATRE ROOM Galway is a monthly showcase of original one-act plays that are written, directed and performed by local theatre makers of all stripes, from professional to amateur.

On Monday February 24 at 8.30pm, TRG will perform five new plays in the Town Hall Theatre studio, including a black comedy about bodybuilders told in reverse chronological order, and a satirical take on the classic detective story.

Theatre Room is open to all and it is free to participate in and free to view. Theatre Room started modestly – in the living room of group founder Luke Morgan six years ago - and has since performed works in furniture stores, art galleries, pubs, and outdoor spaces around Galway.

While admission is free, spaces are limited, so advance booking is advised via 091 - 569777 or www.tht.ie
