CHERYM, THE brilliant and exciting Derry pop-punk trio, return to Galway this month to headline the next A Modern Movement, the city's new alternative music gig night.
Cherym headline A Modern Movement in The Loft @ Seven on Saturday February 29 at 9pm. As Nialler 9 said: "Dealing in singalong pop-punk anthems, Cherym are a refreshing blast of earnest songwriting and nostalgic joy – it’s nigh on impossible to not bounce along with their power chord riffs and riot-grrrl inspired vocals."
Support is from Limerick's Van Panther, who fuse synth-pop, punk, and rock; Mayo synth-rockers Bury Me With My Money; and Galway singer-songwriter Jack Lee, who will be backed by leading Galway musicians on the night. There will be a DJ set from Slyrydes' guitarist Fuz after the gig.
