The Connacht Property Auction will hold its first public auction of 2020 next Thursday, February 20, in The Menlo Park Hotel, Galway. The auction will offer properties from across the province including homes, commercial properties, investment assets, and agricultural holdings. Last year the company's auctions averaged a success rate of more than 90 per cent sold, the highest success rate in Ireland, and the auction team are confident that success will continue throughout 2020. The IAM Sold group, which sells properties all over Ireland, Northern Ireland, and Great Britain, was confirmed as the largest auction provider in Ireland and the UK with more than 3,000 sales last year.
The company is also now taking entries for its upcoming online auctions and public auctions. Patrick Folan from The Connacht Auction team said: “With the high demand we are currently experiencing, now is a great time to market properties. We have thousands of registered applicants looking to buy. The earlier months of the year are proving very busy in the property market, and we are keen to speak to property owners thinking of selling. We offer free property valuations to assess the market value for the property and guarantee a fair reserve price for your property.”
The Connacht Property Auction does not charge any upfront costs for the auction and takes on board all marketing and entry fees – so the property owner has no costs unless the property is successfully sold.
