DJ Ruth Scott of 2FM is coming to Karma Galway on Saturday May 2 for their bank holiday weekender, and will stay on as a resident DJ at the venue.
Scott will be a resident DJ once a month with Karma Galway on the last Saturday of every month. “I am thrilled to be working in Karma as a resident,” she said. “I have DJ’ed there a few times and every night I come away having had a great night. The crowds are great, they are really up for having a good time and I always bring my best tunes to Galway.”
Born in the west of Ireland, Scott spent much of her childhood in Roscommon town and has come a very long way from happily licking stamps, making tea, and begging to do the newspaper reviews during work experience at several radio stations. Thankfully for Karma and all her fans 2FM did not ignore this talented woman and she is now the well known and loved host to 2FM's The Frequency and Saturday Show.
