Dirty Dusting - hit comedy comes to the Town Hall

What happens when a group of 70-something cleaners who set up a phone sex service?

IS IT funny? Yes. Is it crude? Yes. If you love Mrs Browns Boys, then meet the show that can rival it - a group of 70-something cleaners who set up a phone sex service.

This is Dirty Dusting, the hit comedy play by Ed Waugh and Trevor Wood, and starring the X Factor's Mary Byrne, which comes to the Town Hall Theatre on Saturday February 15 at 8pm.

Cleaners Elsie (Mary Byrne ), Peggy (Linda McCarthy ), and Olive (Nicole Banim Butler ) are facing redundancy but have no intention of being thrown onto the scrap heap. Instead they become 'telephone belles' - their bosses know nothing about it, their families would never guess, and their very willing customers are none the wiser!

The show is directed by Richard Mansworth, with choreography by Ruth Maher. It also stars David Delaney as Dave. The Metro called it "a great piece of feel-good entertainment-you can’t help but be won over!" The show has enjoyed phenomenal in Britain and has been seen by more than 25,000 people.
