Padraig O’Connor and Joe Barrett, both training and coaching consultants, have joined forces to host a 2020 personal development workshop called Find Your 2020 Vision – create your best year yet. This one day workshop will take place on Saturday February 1 in the Radisson Blu Hotel, Athlone, Co Westmeath.
The workshop will provide you with the opportunity to work with two highly experienced coaches and learn the practices and habits to support your success and ensure the “one big thing” you want to achieve in 2020 “sticks”.

This will be a very interactive workshop encouraging collaboration, self-reflection, active participation, and plenty of fun.
Throughout the course of the day the workshop will guide you through the use of tools and techniques to:
• Identify the 'one big thing’ you want to work on in 2020.
• Define what success will look like when you achieve that one thing.
• Identify achievable actions, together with resources and other supports you need.
• Develop tools and strategies that will work for you to maintain confidence and motivation when the going gets tough.
• Work to form habits that help to effectively review your progress and adjust your actions accordingly when needed.
• Provide a supportive fun group environment for you to work on your 2020 vision.
This workshop is a collaboration between two highly experienced and successful specialists in the field of coaching and training — Joe Barrett and Padraig O'Connor. The training will be provided in a workshop environment and is deliberately limited to a small number of places so the organisers can also coach participants on a one-to-one basis during break-out sessions throughout the day.
