WW introduces its new customised weight loss programme, myWW

WW, formerly known as Weight Watchers, new customised programme can make weight loss easier for you and now you can choose how to live it.

When it comes to losing weight, everyone is different. What works well for one person may not work as well for another. That is why for the first time ever WW is offering more than one way to experience the journey.

Now members can choose their own programme. While WW has always offered a personalised SmartPoints Budget based on age, weight, height, and sex, now you can take a personal assessment that will match you with a unique way to experience the WW journey.

And if you find that your plan is no longer working for your life, you have the ability to switch. If you're new to WW, you'll start with a science and behaviour-based personal assessment that asks a range of questions about your unique food preferences, activity level, lifestyle, and approach to weight loss.

Based on your responses, WW will match you to an eating style that fits you best - Green, Blue, or Purple. If you're a current member, you are already an expert on yourself, on the WW programme, and on what you need to be successful. Never before have you been able to choose how you live WW.

Well, that’s all changing. Starting now, you will have the opportunity to try an entirely new plan - Green or Purple - or stay on Freestyle which is the closest to what is now called Blue as you know and love it.

And if you ever want to switch plans, you can do it easily through the WW app. Green - for more daily Smartpoints® and a smaller list of ZeroPoint® foods. Blue - The current programme is called Freestyle but now known as Blue.

"Nothing has changed because we know our members love it, plus if you are already seeing success, this is likely the right one for you," according to Mary Plunkett, WW's manager and coach.

Purple - A long list of Zeropoints foods with a modest Smartpoints budget you can spend on other food you love. Head to your nearest workshop today and learn how myWW will work for you or check out the class timetable in today's Galway Advertiser.
