They have been instructed to sell a plot of land extending to approximately 2.2308 hectares (5.512 acres ) and located on the Glann Road, an area which is well renowned for its natural and wonderful scenery in addition to the excellent fishing.
The land is elevated, has an abundance of mature hardwood trees, and there is extensive shore frontage on to Lough Corrib, Ireland’s premier free fishing freshwater lake. The majority of the land is on the hill side of the road with a section of the land running along the lake shore.
