In support of October as Mental Health Awareness month St. Anthony’s & Claddagh Credit Union are delighted to introduce Connect for Coffee.
We have partnered with Galway Mental Health Association & some fantastic local businesses to create some time for everyone to take a moment for themselves and their wellbeing, to have a free coffee and catch up with friends and family.
We are thrilled to be partnered with 1520 Bar, Busker Brownes, Caprice, The G Hotel, The Galmont Hotel, The House Hotel & The Salthill Hotel, all of whom will be offering free coffee between 10am & 12 noon on Thursday October 10th.
‘We are all busy in our daily lives and sometimes forget to take a moment for ourselves, to mind our own wellbeing. With our Connect for Coffee morning we want to encourage people to make some time for themselves and to meet with their friends, families & more.’ Lisa Stewart of St. Anthony’s & Claddagh Credit Union.
All seven businesses are delighted to invite you in for that chat over a free coffee. This is not a typical coffee morning, we are not fundraising, we just want you to invest in yourself and to encourage as many people as possible to pause, breathe & chat!
