Success was on the cards for The Connacht Property Auction last Thursday, September 13, as the company sold 88 per cent of the lots offered at its public auction in the Menlo Park Hotel. Lots offered included residential properties, commercial buildings, sites, and investment properties from across Connacht including Galway, Mayo, Leitrim, and Roscommon.
Patrick Folan from The Connacht Property Auction said: “The success of our auctions is down to the extensive marketing campaign we undertake in Ireland and abroad in the lead up to the auction, while also working in close partnership with our network of 50 local partner auctioneers from throughout the province. We are also the only auction company in Ireland who do not have any entry or marketing fees to enter a property into auction, so the pressure is on us to ensure we get results for our clients.”
