Do you like to dance in a group? To challenge yourself at your own pace? To express your creative side and learn new steps and movements? If this is you, go along and join Patrica Glynn at one of her upcoming courses.
In addition to the physical benefits, dance and movement is an expressive, interactive, and social activity and can encourage a sense of increased wellbeing and confidence for all ages. Classes begin with a preparatory warm up that assists moving with ease, learning, and creating short movement sequences in pairs, group, and circle dances. Over eight weeks, participants can increase flexibility, strength, and improve postural awareness and balance, all while moving to a variety of music and rhythm in a relaxed environment.
Courses take place every Tuesday and Thursday at Galway Wellness Studio, Terryland House (beside Fruit and Veg shop, opposite Paintrite ), beginning Tuesday October 1 from 11.45am weekly or Thursday October 3 from 11am weekly, for eight weeks.
