The Kirby Apprenticeship Programme provides apprentices with an opportunity to develop technically and personally while earning and working on leading-edge engineering projects.
Kirby is one of the largest recruiters of apprentices in Ireland; currently employing more than 120 apprentices. This figure is set to rise with Kirby on target for 25 per cent growth in 2019. Many of our senior leaders began their careers as Kirby apprentices and we expect the new apprentices to become the leaders of the future.
