The most anticipated improvements to their website are the ability for members to lodge money into their accounts using their debit card, members can order foreign currency from the comfort of their home using Fexco Click and Collect service, apply for a loan online and now even upload the documentation required to process a loan application.
Philip Lavelle Marketing Officer of Athenry Credit Union said they have recognised that members now lead busy lives and they have to make services more accessible to accommodate this, all while offering the same outstanding service.
“Through a well thought out process, substantial planning, and testing, this new site was designed with our members as the main priority. The website has new ways to conduct your banking with us, offers more information on our products and services, allows for multiple device functionality and overall is more user-friendly,” he said.
