Following the successful initial off-plan release of homes in Doire Feá, the new residential development in Moycullen, where more than 20 homes have been sold thus far, well established local developer BRTW Developments has confirmed an open weekend on May 18 and 19 when a selection of houses will be available to view between 11am and 1pm.
Doire Feá comprises a variety of large three, four, and five bedroom homes and is located in Moycullen, c500 metres from the village centre close to the local primary school, RC church, and to the rear of An Teaghlach Uilinn Retirement Centre. In addition, the homes at Doire Feá qualify for the Help to Buy Scheme, the Government's tax refund initiative for first time buyers purchasing new houses. This incentive is expiring at the end of 2019 and first time buyers are encouraged to register with Revenue as they could be eligible for a tax rebate of five per cent of the value of the property, up to a maximum of €20,000. For example, with a four bed semidetached at €340,000, first time buyers can get a rebate of €17,000 that can be used towards the deposit.
