Charity gig for Galway Anti Racism Network and The Melting Pot Luck

TRACY BRUEN, one of Galway's finest singer-songwriters, will be among the performers at the Rowing Club this weekend, in a show to raise funds for the Galway Anti Racism Network and The Melting Pot Luck.

The event takes place on Saturday at the club in Woodquay from 8pm. Also performing will be The Curly Organ (solo project of My Fellow Sponges' Donal McConnon ), The Barcelo Brothers, Bannedwagon, MAC, and Touché, followed by a DJ set from Black MC.

Funds raised on the night will go towards supporting GARN's campaigns against racism and the system of direct provision; as well as towards the costs involved with hosting The Melting Pot Luck's inclusive events which celebrate Galway's new communities, asylum seekers, and refugees.

Admission is €8 (free for people in direct provision ). There will also be a raffle with prizes.
