O’Malley Construction recently released phase one of its new development of Tuairín, on the Coast Road, Roscam, Galway. Open house events were held on Sunday March 24 and Sunday March 31 and were a phenomenal success, drawing in large crowds on both days.

O’Malley Construction released 11 units in phase one, with two types of design available. The Aideen (four bed semi, 1,454sq ft ) and The Aisling (four bed detached, 1,470sq ft ) ranging in price from €375,000 to €382,500. Both types are two storey in design to provide optimum living space combining the best of privacy and design.
The properties are offered with generous allowances and are equipped to the highest standards with a large selection of built-in features that cater to all family requirements. O’Malley Construction has confirmed that a further phase will be released towards the end of May with a final phase next September. The final phase will include a number of large detached units and a number of prospective purchasers have already registered their interest, prior to launch.
