Focus on your hormone health this Hormone Health Week with Cleanmarine’s in-store advice events

Hormone Health Week is taking place from March 25 and offers the ideal time for us all to find out more about how to look after our hormone health. Through five stages of womanhood our hormones influence our bodies, cycle, and wellbeing, affecting our mental and physical health. Cleanmarine is here to help with advice and support for women of all ages by hosting a series of in-store hormone advice events during Hormone Health Week.

Cleanmarine’s female hormone health advisor will be visiting Evergreen Health Stores in Galway to discuss female hormone regulation at every stage of life, from teens right through to menopause. Customers are invited to pop in to talk hormone health and pick up their free copy of The Essential Guide to Female Hormones.

Events in Evergreen Health Stores in Galway featuring the Cleanmarine hormone health advisor events are:

Tuesday March 26: Evergreen Barna, 10am to 11.30am; Evergreen Westside Shopping Centre, 12noon to 1.30pm; Evergreen Galway Shopping Centre, 2.30pm to 4pm.

Wednesday March 27: Evergreen Eyre Square, 10am to 11.30am; Evergreen Mainguard Street, 12noon to 1.30pm; Evergreen Oranmore, 2pm to 3.30pm.

Thursday March 28: Evergreen Moycullen, 11.30am to 1pm.

Cleanmarine’s clever hormone guide The Essential Guide to Female Hormones is packed with information on how to manage female hormone health right through the five life stages, compiled with a team of female health experts across the nutrition, endocrinology, dermatology, fitness, and hypnotherapy spheres.
