Unislim is celebrating 47 years in business this year and is relaunching classes in the Galway region over the coming weeks.
With the huge success of the new Balance plan, Unislim members across the country are seeing record breaking losses since January. This plan gives members the freedom and flexibility to create and enjoy their favourite meals while effortlessly dropping the pounds.
The philosophy behind Balance lies in more than 500 nourishing, healthy, Free Foods, combined with Unislim’s unique Bites system, which means that no food is off limits. The plan is easy to follow — three meals a day and two snacks with ongoing support through weekly meetings, as well as online through the Unislim App.
Unislim has created the new Balance plan giving those who are looking to lose weight the freedom and flexibility to create and enjoy their favourite meals while effortlessly dropping the pounds.
Unislim has worked closely with one of Ireland’s top dietitians, Sarah Keogh MSc BSc Dip MINDI. “Good nutrition is key to good health and this new Balance plan from Unislim is founded on encouraging people to eat the right foods which will help keep them well-nourished as they lose weight," she said. "The plan is not faddy or complicated and can fit into our busy lives.”
Unislim also welcomes Stephanie Connolly, Unislim member and now class leader to the team. She will be in Joyce’s Supermarkets Knocknacarra on Thursday March 7 from 10am to 6pm to answer any Unislim questions you may have.
