Galway’s HERO Recruitment managed to scoop the highly competitive accolade, Best in Engineering, Science and Pharma, for the third year in a row, at the National Recruitment Federation awards last week.
The National Recruitment Federation (NRF ) held its 2018 Award ceremony in the Shelbourne Hotel in Dublin, with the best in the business gathering to see who would be recognised as outstanding in their respective fields.
Speaking for HERO Recruitment, director Roisin McNamara said they are pleased that the NRF recognise their resolve to remain the best in the business of recruiting and particularly as they specialise in engineering, science, and pharma.
“We work hard as a team and we don’t take anything for granted, so this really means a lot to us. We’re also very proud to be members of such a progressive body as the NRF, who are forever pushing the boundaries and changing the landscape of the recruitment industry,” she said.
“They are pioneers of new academic legislature designed to professionalise and qualify the expertise that is the recruitment specialist. They have recently gained approval for a degree qualification for our profession.
Over the years, HERO have been honoured with many coveted awards including Agency of the Year, Recruiter of the Year, Best in HR and Platinum Accreditation in Excellence Through People.
So, what gives HERO Recruitment that X-factor?
“It’s all down to people,” said Ms McNamara, “and we’re lucky enough to work with the very best of them. Our team, our clients and our candidates. These are our hero’s, the people who give us the edge”.
