GALWAY THEATRE Festival is accepting applications to participate in its Make A Move project, aimed at individual artists or collectives in contemporary movement-based theatre practices.
Make A Move is an opportunity for Irish artists to meet and work with European physical theatre-makers, develop new skills, and develop international projects for European funding. Ten artists will be selected from around Europe to participate in the three international artist labs in Galway, Croatia, and Romania in 2019. Artists will be paid a fee for participating in the project, and travel and expenses will also be covered. Collectives have an option of sending different artists to different labs.
The deadline for applications is December 30 2018, and GTF will be hold an information session tomorrow at 4pm in the upstairs bar of the Town Hall Theatre. For more information see www.makeamoveproject.eu
