Citóg Records Christmas charity gig

Steven Sharpe, Tracy Bruen, Katie O'Connor, Dylan Murphy, and New Pope

INDEPENDENT GALWAY record label, Citóg Records, holds its annual Christmas Charity Gig in The Black Gate Cultural Centre, featuring leading Galway singer-songwriters, while also raising funds for charity.

The show is on Wednesday December 19 at 9pm with performances from five outstanding Galway based musicians - Steven Sharpe, Tracy Bruen, Katie O'Connor, Dylan Murphy, and New Pope. There will also be wine, cheese, beer, and Christmas cheer.

Citóg Records will donate all proceeds from the show to counselling psychotherapy organisation Let's Get Talking, based in Galway and Dublin. Founded in 2012, it is a non set fee charity dedicated to addressing the needs of those living with mental struggles, and to "fill the gaps in local mental health services" by ensuring 'talk therapies' are accessible and affordable to all in the community.

Admission is €10. See www.facebook.com/citogrecords
