DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard December auction takes place today

Today (Thursday ) will see the auction team in DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard hold the last of the winter auction series in the Galmont Hotel, Lough Atalia, at 3pm. Auction registration will be open from 2pm and the auction will commence at 3pm sharp.

The running order sees a great mix of residential, commercial, and investment properties come to the auction floor with exceptional value across the board. The award winning auction experts have reported large turnouts at open viewings and auctioneer James Heaslip, who will be leading the afternoon's proceedings, is anticipating a busy afternoon.

“We’ve been working very hard along with our DNG agents in the west of Ireland, to ensure that each property is marketed properly and that buyers meet qualified agents who know their business," he said. Heaslip is eager to highlight that the company’s success is down to knowledge of the market. “We put a lot of effort into our auctions and work closely with our DNG colleagues all along the west coast in order to value each property correctly, and it pays off. We have some value for buyers today and have priced all the lots with a view to selling on the auction floor.”
