Time Of The Green, a short story by Galway crime writer Ken Bruen, has been selected as a finalist in the International Thriller Writers 2009 Best Short Story Of The Year competition.
The winner will be announced at the awards banquet during ThrillerFest in New York in July. ThrillerFest is the ITW’s annual celebration of the thriller world and is a meeting place for authors, readers, budding writers, and publishing industry professionals.
Mr Bruen is thrilled with having made the finals of the competition. He told the Galway Advertiser: “To have made the finals of the International Thriller Writers is something I never...never expected.”
