The Lifelong Learning Centre has experienced a significant increase in demand for personal development courses in the last year and the techniques of Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP ) is being offered for the first time. Behavioural change in an individual takes place at an unconscious level unknown to us. NLP is a system of alternative therapy based on this which seeks to educate people in self-awareness and effective communication, and to change their patterns of mental and emotional behaviour. Changing how one thinks can transform what one thinks, and ultimately actions and behaviour. Learning NLP can help people cope with stressful situations, negative emotions and improve self esteem.
This course is targeted at Individuals who are seeking to adapt to life’s challenges and how they function emotionally, spiritually and mentally. Participants will learn and practice the most effective NLP skills and techniques to help with life’s challenges and everyday difficulties.
