Reduced prices are good news for buyers

It’s a good time to be in the market to buy a house — as well as a wide choice of property available, there is also a great deal of value available at the moment. Many vendors genuinely want to sell their properties and are willing to reduce the asking price of their properties, quite substantially in some cases.

“The market is jam packed at the moment with houses for sale and while this provides plenty of choice it also makes it difficult for buyers to identify real value,” said Fergal Leonard MIPAV of RE/MAX Property West. “It takes a lot of time and energy to shortlist properties and compare pricing before even beginning to view houses.”

Now is an excellent time to seek out real value in the market with plenty of genuine vendors who are willing to negotiate, looking for genuine buyers.
