Excitement is building ahead of this year’s Baboró International Arts Festival for Children, which kicks off on Monday 15 October for seven days. This year’s programme is bursting with 51 events all designed especially for children and families. This year’s film programme includes the Oscar-nominated The Breadwinner (Pálás on Monday October 15 at 4pm ) and The Big Bad Fox and Other Tales (Pálás on Sunday October 21 at 12noon )

Tickets can be booked online at www.baboro.ie or at the Town Hall Theatre on 091 569 777. Tickets for public shows are €9 or €30 for a family of four. Baboró International Arts Festival for Children runs in venues throughout Galway from October 15 – 21.
