Gardai in Galway have appealed for help in solving a spate of burglaries in the city in the past week.
On March 17/18, between 9.30pm and 8am, the Caulfield premises on the Tuam Rd, Galway, was broken into, and two con-saws were taken from the premises.
On Wednesday March 18 between 7.50am and 10.30pm a house at Beech Court, Grattan Rd, Galway was broken into and a quantity of cash was taken from the house.
On Friday last, March 20 between 9.30am and 2.30 pm, a rear window of a 261 Laurel Park was smashed and entry was gained to the house. A Sony digital camcorder and a Gents Omega watch was taken in the incident.
On Friday night/ Saturday morning last 20th/21st March, a house in O’ Conaire Rd, Shantall Galway was broken into. Two desktop computers and an Advents laptop and various other electrical items were taken from the house.
