Community, voluntary, and social groups in Galway city and county are being sought by The Galway Film Centre to make a documentary at no cost to their group.
The Galway Film Centre will host information evenings on the ID Projects 2009 in the Ballinasloe Library on Monday from 5.30pm to 7pm and at the Westside Library, on Tuesday from 5pm to 6.30pm.
ID Projects aims to document a broad range of issues and subjects in society today by empowering groups to tell their own stories. By working closely with a professional film maker, participants are given training and hands-on experience in the areas of writing, directing, camera, sound, and editing.
