JAVI FRIAS, passionate record collector, selector, and one of the most respected DJs and producers in the underground disco scene, is coming to Electric to headline the latest 'Mitch presents...' night.
From Madrid, Javi began buying and playing records at the end of the 1990s in Madrid, eventually going on to play festivals like Baltic Soul Weekender in Germany, Contre-Temps in France, and Electrosplash, Heineken Jazzaldia, Imagina Funk or Veranos de la Villa in Spain, as well as in Barcelona, Paris, Hamburg, Bilbao, Antwerp, and Milan. He is currently resident DJ and booker of leading Spanish clubnight, Discotizer.
In 2017 he started the Night Shift Records label, devoted to edits and reworks of disco and house, through which he has released two EPs of his own. His first 7" was published on the Disco Pocho label, and was No 1 on the Juno Records website sales.
