Jigsaw, the community-based help for young people's mental health needs, is teaming up with Avaya, formerly Nortel, to build a giant jigsaw at its Galway office on Fairgreen Road.

The Cumann Siúl Cois Coiribe Hillwalking Club will hold an open meeting in the Menlo Park Hotel today (Thursday) at 8.30pm. New members are welcome.

The club, which is based in Galway city, was formed in 2001 and is a mixed group of walkers who climb the lower, medium, and higher peaks in Connemara, Clare, and south Mayo on a fortnightly basis. The group is always led by a trained leader and have been climbing as a group for the past 10 years.
