Performing arts for children with Dramatastic

Thu, Jan 05, 2012

After a very successful season one Dramatastic will resume classes for season two from January 14. Dramatastic was established by Ciara Doyle (B Ed primary teaching, ALCM, LLCM, FLCM musical theatre, MA music education) to make the performing arts accessible to children in Galway and give children the opportunity to develop confidence, make friends, and nurture their own talents in a safe and comfortable environment. With a maximum entry of 15 pupils per class, each child is guaranteed expert tuition.

A trained primary school teacher as well as a trained classical singer with the Royal Irish Academy of Music, Ciara Doyle studied musical theatre with the London College of Music (Thames Valley University) and completed all three teaching diplomas as well as studying piano at all grades with the Royal Irish Academy. She recently completed a masters in music education at Mary Immaculate College, Limerick, giving her all the natural talents and qualifications to teach every aspect of music, dance, and drama.
