Amazing Apples will be the highlight at The Snug bar in Athlone this weekend. This renowned five-piece multi-instrumentalist folk/rock band from Galway are enjoying a huge profile and are always welcome at The Snug. They will take to the stage on Sunday at 9pm.

HE HAS a new album, a new single, a new Irish tour, and he will be in Galway tomorrow. He is singer-songwriter Mundy who plays the Róisín Dubh at 9pm.

GALWAY BAND The Amazing Apples have landed in 2015 with some striking singles – ‘Slipping By’, and their most recent, ‘Lullaby’ - and now comes their debut album A Little Sense, which will be released on Friday May 29, followed by a celebratory hometown gig at the Róisín Dubh on Sunday May 31.

THE AMAZING Apples will launch ‘Lullaby’, the first single from their forthcoming debut album, when they play the Róisín Dubh on Friday March 13 at 9pm.

An intimate venue which holds just 80 patrons seated and 120 standing, this is surely the best opportunity to be had to experience this calibre of artist in an ‘up close and personal’ setting.
