The game will be played at Fahy’s Field, Mervue, as a result of remedial work at Eamonn Deacy Park. The recent inclement weather also resulted in last weekend's fixture against UCD being called off as Galway remain top of the league.

A new rugby referees course to be held in the Sportsground on Saturday November 28 will introduce the new Community Referee scheme.
Unlike regular recruits who referee matches at all levels across the province, Community Referees will be used for youth rugby in their locality. Ideal candidates should be reasonably fit, have a good understanding of the game and be available to referee at weekends. The new course will be open to those who would like to become a Community Referee and those hoping to follow the full refereeing pathway.
