Gardaí in Salthill have appealed for witnesses following a hit and run incident on Threadneedle Road last week.
The accident occurred between 1pm and 2pm on Thursday June 25. An 18-year-old woman came off her bicycle and suffered substantial head injuries in the incident. Witnesses are asked to contact Garda Charlie Cawley at Salthill Garda Station, phone (091) 514720.
