Cava Spanish restaurant and tapas bar is celebrating the festive season in style this year. During the Christmas period, customers can enjoy a variety of seasonal menus and treats. The chefs at Cava have designed two set menus, which are available until January 6.
The first is the extremely popular Christmas tapas menu. In 2009, Cava invested a lot of time and enthusiasm into creating an extensive and top-quality tapas repertoire, which culminated in Tom Doorley (Irish Times) proclaiming Cava to having the “best tapas in Ireland”. This Christmas, Cava showcases its best tapas in a lively set menu. Customers will start with a platter of specially selected Spanish cured meats and cheeses. This will be followed by a choice of three tapas from a carefully selected menu, including the very popular tortilla de patata and calamares and the more refined confit of pork belly and duck breast with plum and honey.
