It has two programmes starting in November. The Fit for Santa programme is ideal for people who have some experience in exercise and will begin on Tuesday November 10. The Fit for Santa programme includes two private lifestyle and nutritional analysis sessions, unlimited group exercise sessions for four weeks, an information booklet, a body basics session, a healthy eating guide, a home workout guide, and you will be given a selection of healthy and tasty recipes over the four weeks.

Mayo Pink Ribbon hits a new fundraising high

2015 was a gala year for Mayo Pink Ribbon as it announced a staggering fundraising total of €110,643 for the year. This is the highest amount ever raised and the organising committee is full of praise for everyone involved in the fundraising efforts. Monies are generated by a combination of events including the Mayo Pink Ribbon Cycle, which takes place every May Bank Holiday weekend, and the Mayo Pink Ribbon Golf Classic.
