At the recent CV Show in Birmingham, German electric vehicle brand B-ON launched a new fully-electric van, called the Pelkan.
At the launch, company CEO Bruno Lambert said the Pelkan will feature a class-leading payload of up to 1,350kg and two battery variants of 43 and 54 kWh designed to provide extended range up to 226 and 279 km, respectively.

Harris Maxus used last week's Commercial Vehicle Show in Birmingham to launch two new electric vehicles from Chinese manufacturer SAIC, the electric Maxus eDeliver 5 van, and Maxus MIFA 7 MPV.
The MIFA 7 is the smaller version of the MIFA 9 which was launched in 2022. This new multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) comes with the choice of a 90kWh battery offering a range of up to 480km (WLTP combined), or a 77kWh battery offering 410km (WLTP combined) on a single charge.
