I visited Plexus Bio Energy in Galway in September 2013. I had suffered from mental and physical exhaustion for a year and a half after cutting short a trip abroad. I could no longer work in the fast paced corporate world where I travelled a great deal. I had no energy to function, as well as suffering from severe depression Iwas emotionally the lowest and weakest I've ever felt in my life. I had gone on medication for depression for five months but I did not like the side effects. I did otherformsof complementary therapy which helped me, but when I visited Tina and Michael I was looking for emotional healing as well as fully restoring my energy and eliminating the depres sion so I could work and return to a normal life.

Thu, Apr 17, 2014
Aikido is a Japanese martial art that promotes self-awareness and personal development. Its techniques are entirely focused on self-defence, and involve unbalancing and controlling an aggressor without recourse to violence. Instead, relaxed, circular movements blend with the movement of the attack, and destabilize the attacker using his or her own momentum. The training develops physical stamina, resilience, suppleness, co- ordination, and timing. On a deeper level, aikido teaches how to face stressful situations with focus, resolve, and clarity. There are no competitions, and men and women of all sizes and physical conditions can practice safely together.

Thu, Apr 03, 2014
In just under three weeks, Ireland will host its first Raynaud’s and Scleroderma Awareness Week. Raynaud’s & Scleroderma Ireland (RSI) is organising a full programme of promotional, educational, and information activities to educate the nation on both conditions and inform the Irish population of the symptoms and treatments associated with each, as well as encouraging those suffering in silence to reach out to the resources available to them.
Raynaud’s is a condition that affects the blood flow, occurring usually during periods of cold or stress. The condition causes loss of blood supply to the extremities, usually fingers and toes, leading to a series of colour changes to the hands and feet. The affected areas generally turn white first, with loss of sensation and loss of dexterity, then blue as the oxygen is used up, and finally red as the blood supply returns.

Are you hoping to conceive? Getting pregnant is not as easy as we might think. A healthy couple at prime reproductive age have about a 25 per cent chance of conceiving each month. Only about half of all couples get pregnant within six months of trying, about 80 per cent become pregnant within a year, and approximately 90 per cent at the end of two years. This means that, even if there is nothing wrong, it can take up to two years to conceive. Over the age of 35, it can take even longer.
