The event will feature a specially created three course menu crafted by AA Rosette Meyrick head chef, Phillip Dunleavy. Each delicious course will feature creative dishes that have been inspired by a range of premium gins. Choose from the maple and gin glazed belly of lamb or the confit chicken spring roll with gin and plum dipping sauce among the starters, before savouring the gin marinated beef short rib with juniper berry jus, or perhaps the organic salmon with sea vegetables and crushed celeriac drizzled with a gin dill sauce. Even the beautiful desserts have been given the botanicals touch, with a knickerbocker glory like no other that features layers of gin ice-cream, or a traditional rhubarb and apple crumble served with gin jelly.
