Once again Western Management Centre is running a range of evening and part-time courses starting over the coming weeks. The Award in Business Management course, validated by QQI, provides participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to work in today’s fast paced business world.
The Award in Employment Law, which the Western Management Centre has been running for 12 years, provides an insight into key legislation, policies, and regulations that apply to both employees and employers. The course is continually updated to reflect ever changing legislations both nationally and internationally. Topics include employment contracts, equality and diversity, termination of contracts and redundancy issues, health and safety concerns, labour relations institutions, data protection, and much more.
It has now been recognised in the business world that coaching is one of the most practical and flexible ways of helping individuals deal with challenges and changes in the workplace, resulting in improved personal performance. The Award in Coaching and Mentoring course is accredited by CIPD.
