SIX MONTHS travelling across Asia has inspired a host of new works by the artist Birgit Lochmann, and she is exhibiting these sketches and paintings in the Renzo Café, Eyre Street.
Originally from Hanover, but living in Ireland since the 1980s, Lochmann has worked as a dental technician for 40 years. Her art ranges from photo realistic images to abstract paintings and displays a deep understanding of light and shade. The exhibition runs until December 6.
